1	Objective	To produce foundation and improved seeds of various vegetable crops suitable for high-hill regions and distribute them for sale at the farmer level. To provide technical advice and guidance on problems observed in vegetable and fruit cultivation in farmers’ fields surrounding the center. To organize training programs focused on vegetable seed and fruit seedling production, and to educate farmers on the production of quality seeds, saplings, and seedlings. To promote the habit of consuming vegetables and fruits among communities affected by poverty, illiteracy, and lack of awareness, thereby gradually improving their health status.
